What will you choose to do?

Very simple words, but yet they have powerful meaning. We all have choices everyday and it's how we make those choices that give us our life. We often even are making choices that we are not aware of. When was the last time someone's mood affected you either negatively or positively. Either way you made the choice there to let them affect you. We come into contact with many people throughout the day and what could happen if we let all of those folks affect what we think, say or do?

Well for most that is exactly what happens. But it doesn't have to be that way. If you make a conscious effort each day to accept responsibility for yourself and your thoughts, it should be much easier to keep from accepting all the negative input from the world. Now the good news is that there is good news. There are good people who like to share good thoughts and actually help make you feel better. Those are the people you want to surround yourself with.

Not only that, but once you start taking total responsibility for your life and your choices you will now start to have those same positive effects on others. How about your kids, your spouse, your friends, your brother, sister or mom or dad? Do you think you could help them make a change in their lives. What would happen if each of us chose to accept responsibility for our choices and help just one other person every day do the same. What would happen to our world? What could happen to our society?

We can make a difference. It doesn't matter if it is small or large, what matters is that it is different. Change may not occur immediately, but that's ok. As long as you and I are moving forward, that's what's important.

So I challenge you today. Start by making the difference with yourself first today and then starting tomorrow, help someone else. Do it for you, do it for them, do it for our world.

Remember, IT'S YOUR CHOICE! WHAT WILL YOU CHOOSE?

All of the above can block your access to obtaining a major credit card, such as VISA or MasterCard.

But bad credit is not the only reason you can be denied a major credit card. Some people simply have never used credit. People who like to pay cash only, have never financed a car, taken out a college loan, or a mortgage may have zero experience with credit. In that case, most card companies will reject your application, not because you have bad credit — but because you have no credit rating.

Many women who marry young and do all their borrowing under their husband's name often find themselves with no credit rating after they are widowed or divorced. Thousands of women have been denied loans and credit cards on that basis.

Still other people carry too much debt to be considered a good risk. If you have a car loan, a student loan, a mortgage, two or three — out cards, you are unlikely to be granted another credit card.

But in any and all of the above cases, you can still obtain a credit card. No matter how bad your credit, and even if you have declared bankruptcy, you can still be granted a VISA or MasterCard with a limit as high as $5,000, if you know the write company to call, and how to make your application.

We are going to reveal these card companies and the methods by which you can obtain a VISA or MasterCard later in this report, but first, let's talk about some of the other things you really should know about credit cards, including annual fees, interest rates, credit reports and more.

	Your Credit Rating

How do credit card companies decide if you are a good credit risk or a bad credit risk? Well, it's sort of a Big Brother thing. There are several large agencies in America which track the borrowing and buying behavior of just about every single American who has borrowed money at one time or another.

The three major credit rating agencies are:
Experian Equifax and Trans Union Corp.

When you send in an application for a credit card, the card company contacts one of the above agencies, which pulls your file, if one exists, and let's the company know if you have any bad debts in your background.

If you have never borrowed money or used credit of any kind, your name will not appear in the data base of any of the above. If you have, there will almost certainly be information about you. If you have ever defaulted on a bill, or walked away from a debt owed, that information will be available. If you have never defaulted on a loan, but have made frequent late payments, that is recorded, too, and goes against your credit rating.

	25 Percent Error Rate –

If this sounds a bit like Big Brother, most would agree with you that it is. It's scary to think that some large anonymous corporation is keeping a file on you, but it's true. Furthermore, they will share your file with any lending institution that wants to know something about you. That's the price you pay to obtain credit. You've heard the statement, "there ain’t no such thing as a free lunch." When it comes to the game of credit, the lunch is definitely not free, neither in the monetary sense, nor in the realm of personal freedom.

To top things off, credit agencies make errors in as many as one-fourth (25 percent) of all their reports. At this minute, false information about you may be ruining your credit rating.

To check your credit rating for errors, call or visit the websites of the agencies provided above. They will request that you send them a written letter asking for a copy of your credit report. They will send you a copy of the information they have about you. You also are allowed by law to receive 1 free credit report each year from all 3 credit bureaus. Visit https://www.annualcreditreport.com. Make sure to go to this site as it is free. There are many others out there that will try to charge you for the service.

Now let's look at how card companies make the big bucks — interest rates.

	Interest Rates

A few decades ago there were laws against charging the kinds of interest rates credit cards get today. Exorbitantly high interest rates were called "usury," and were forbidden by federal law. Just 30 years ago loaning money at 20 percent would have landed any banker in prison. Such rates were the territory of loan sharks and organized crime.

Today, however, it's standard business. A lot of cards have rates approaching 21 percent and more. Some product manufacturers, such as Apple Computer, have credit plans that push a whopping 23 percent.

Most credit card companies attract customers with super low interest rates, sometimes as easy as 5 percent. But what they only tell you in the fine print, which few people bother to read, it that the interest rate jumps back up after six months. Many cards that start you out at 6 percent soon jump to 18 percent, or higher. By that time, most people have chalked up a balance and are stuck. Most people simply fail to notice when their rate increases. Credit card companies count on that. They like who take no interest in details. If you don't watch them, they'll watch you – and your wallet — and dip into it in the most insidious ways.

	No Annual Fee Cards

Some credit card companies charge no annual fee for use of their card. Annual fees range from $18 to $55. You pay it every year simply for the privilege of using the card. Other companies charge no annual fee. You might think, then, that this is a better deal. Most often they are not. Cards with no annual fee almost always have a higher interest rate. If you leave a monthly balance, you'll always pay more than the annual fee in interest charges. Only if you never leave an unpaid monthly balance can you benefit from a card with no annual fee.

	Perks and Freebies

One of those insidious ways is the offer such perks as frequent flier miles or annual rebates. Use the card so often, and get X amount of frequent flier miles. Use your card, and get credit toward the purchase of an automobile. Is this a good deal? Hardly ever. As you might have guessed, the offer of rebates and gifts is simply an inducement for you to pay super high interest rates. Unless you are a big spender and travel a lot, you'll rarely benefit from this kind of promotion.

	Be Choosy

In short, never sign up for a credit card until you compare rates. Shop around. Credit card companies are just as competitive as any other kind of business. That means interest rates that vary widely. In general, never go for a card that is five percent higher than the current prime rate.

How To Get A Lower Rate

What if you are already on the hook with a major credit card with an agonizing rate of interest? Pick up the phone, call your card company, and get tough. Often, if you ask for a lower interest rate, you'll get one — it's as simple as that.

As further incentive, you can threaten to transfer your balance to another card company with a lower rate. Many card companies are more than willing to take you on as a customer by paying off one of their competitors for you. Of course, you are then beholden to them. That's okay if you score a lower interest rate.

How Anyone Can Get a Credit Card

Now what about all of you "hopeless cases" out there. What if you have deplorable credit or no credit rating at all? You may have already been turned down by a half-dozen card companies. What can you do?

First, you should think long and hard about why you want a credit card in the first place. If you have a history of bad credit, a credit card may be the last thing you need. Many people feel that credit cards and the debt they lead people into is a modern form of slavery.

Credit cards are almost magically deceptive and alluring. They get at the deepest psychological lever of the human mind — a lever which allows people to have the feeling they are getting something for free, when in fact, they are paying two, three, four, even ten times as much for that product because of the interest they will pay on each purchase.

On the other hand, not having a credit card is becoming less and less practical in modern America. You can't rent a car without a credit card. Carrying cash is dangerous. Checks are not accepted everywhere – and traveling to another city or country is extremely difficult without the confidence and identity a credit card brings.

	A Secured Card

If you decide you really need and want a credit card despite your past problems with credit, you should get what is called a secured credit card. Even people who have declared bankruptcy are granted secured cards.

A secured card works this way: you pay a lump sum of cash upfront either to your bank or the card company itself, usually from $200 to $2,500. The card company will then grant your credit for up to 150 percent of the amount of your deposit. If you pony up $500, you will be granted a $750 credit line. If you put up $1,000, you will get $1,500 in credit, and so on.

Your deposit money will earn a very nice 4 to 5 percent interest while it is held as collateral by your bank or the card company. The deposit money acts like a buffer for the lender. In the event you default on your card debt, the lender gets to keep your money. They may still incur a net loss, but the risk is far less.

Additionally, the interest you gain on your deposit will offset the interest on your monthly balance if you have one. If you get a secured card with an 18 percent interest rate, you can feel good about the fact that your pre-payment is earning 5 percent.

Using a secured credit card can also help repair your credit rating if you use it responsibly over a number of years. Even if you do not have bad credit, a secured credit card is recommended for anyone who wants the safety and convenience of a credit card. Secured cards are a safe, responsible way to control your spending, and you actually earn money though interest on your deposit while you enjoy the use of your card.

Success is in YOU!

Being fit and healthy is the in thing. Actually, it really never goes out of style. That body is the most valuable asset you could have in your lifetime. Thus it is important that you take good care of it. Give it the proper attention it needs.

When it comes to ensuring and maintaining your health, one of the best option is cardio training.

	What Is Cardio Training?

Cardio training involves any activity that requires the use of the large muscle groups of the body in a regular and uninterrupted manner. It elevates the heart rate between 60 to 85 percent of the fastest heart rate you could get. Some of the usual cardio training activities are walking, jogging, running, aerobics, cycling, tae bo, swimming and rowing. Cardio training is considered an aerobic exercise as one is required to move from one exercise to another.

What Are the Benefits of Training?

	1. Gives Energy to the Body
You can expect more energy and higher endurance after some time of regular cardio training.

	2. Prevents Diseases
One could prevent heart diseases with regular cardio training. It is also helpful in preventing other variety of diseases like diabetes, obesity and even high cholesterol. The cardiovascular training strengthens the heart and the lungs. The low to moderated type of cardio exercises are required for people seeking to prevent diseases. Examples of these are walking, brisk walking or jogging.

	3. Control Your Weight
With cardio training, you are able to burn more calories. This will help one who needs to lose weight. While those who already achieved their ideal body mass, the training will make it easier to control the weight.

Cardio training helps burn calories. However this generally depends on your current weight and the kind of cardio training you are undergoing. Better consult this matter with your physician or trainer, to know the proper type of training for your needs.

	4. Lose Body Fats
Some people do not have any issues with their weight, however you may carry excess fat and that is not good for your health either. Cardio training can definitely help get rid of some of this. Regularly doing the training will make you leaner.

	5. Get Rid of Boredom
Cardio training is fun. It pumps up your system. You will definitely feel more energized and on the go.

Recommendations to Better Enjoy the Benefits of Cardio Training

Cardio training is essential when you need to make health improvements. For starters, it is best to do the 30 to 45 minutes of exercises, 3 to 5 days a week. If you are aiming for weight loss, the training must be done 5 days a week. The more frequent you do it; the more likely it is that you will lose weight. However, avoid exhausting yourself too much in exercise. Remember, it has to be done in a regular basis.

Find a partner you can train with, or maybe there is a group you can become a part of. A great way to really test yourself and get into better shape is to train for an endurance event. Marathons and half marathons have become extremely popular and can be just what you need to hit your goals.

Start now. Walk or ride the bike around the neighborhood now. Follow that aerobics video you purchased. Set a goal and follow that goal. At the same time, modify your diet too. Eat healthy food.

As you increase in the fitness level, the intensity of the training must also increase. This is to have an area of variation and there should always be room for improvement. Implement this by intensifying some parts of the training. If you are into jogging or running, increase speed every 5 minutes for at least a minute or two. It is important that you challenge yourself, so as not to be stuck in a stump.

Avoid doing the cardio exercises before bedtime. You will have a difficult time sleeping if you do so as the energy level of the body will stay high for sometime.

If you are incorporating weight training, it is advised to do your cardio workouts after your weight training.

It is best to take a snack 30 minutes before doing the cardio exercises. Do not start with training in an empty stomach. This will not help in achieving the proper momentum when you train. At the same time, avoid indulging in large meals too before exercise. Just give your body the proper supply it will need to sustain exhausting movements.

It is good to do the cardio exercises outdoors. This way you can easily interact with nature and breathe fresh air. You can also simply enjoy going around the neighborhood as you get your system healthier by the minute. It is possible to make some friends among the people who also do their exercises. Check out TrainForAMarathon for special training programs to assist you in achieving these goals.

Be consistent and stick with the training once you have started it. This is the only way that cardio training will benefit your body and your health in the long run.

Learning Tools to Improve your Personal Life

Inquisitive souls often find new tools that help them improve their personal life. The old saying, “Curiosity can kill the cat,” is something you want to re-evaluate. Sure, if you become curious of something that would obviously cause you harm, then the cat just might die. Curiosity is a gift. We can use this gift to our advantage if we choose, or we can make serious judgments that cause problems.

As you learn to use your inquisitive tools to your best interest, you will start to focus your attention on the good things in life. Most people walk around looking only at the shallow light of our creation, products and so on. Instead of using a shallow mind, open your mind up to new horizons. An open mind however is not doing what is bad, rather opening your mind up to doing what is right. Too many times, I hear people say they have open minds, but often the minds are open to deviations and nothing more or less. This is not a way to improve your life. Rather, you need to clean your mind of unhealthy actions, behaviors, images, etc, and start developing positive reflections.

Once you start to focus your attention you can move to change. You have to be willing to make changes to make it happen. Most people fear the unknown. To improve your life however you must not allow the unknown to scare you. The unknown just might be something that works in your favor. In fact, if you want to improve your life, you will start to welcome the unknown to your palace.

In our minds, we visualize who we think we may be. Most of us fear discovering something new about self. Do not fear what you may discover. You may discover a wonderful person waiting to get out and make the changes that most people fear. Changes are good. do not fear change, since change is a part of life and it is what takes you to new heights in life. When you see something new about you (GOOD OR BAD) take it and use it. If you see something bad, evaluate it carefully to make sure it is bad. If you conclude that this feature about you is bad, figure out ways to change it. You have the power and control inside you to make those changes. What can you do to make those changes. What actions can you take to make your life better?

Once you discover new details about you move to organize your thoughts, visions, etc, and then sort them out. Take time to evaluate the details. Details have hidden messages you may have overlooked that will carry you to a new life. Do not fear. Fear is the worst problem we face in the world, since fear is one of the ultimate controllers of humankind.

When you discover details take the volume of information you gain and sort through it. Kick out the bad and bring in the new. Discover new ideas. Discover new relationships. Discover the new you. Play with the details and information you gain and see what you come up with, followed by organizing your new information. Put the pieces of your life together to make a new you. When you check the list of information and details, make sure you visualize the whole pie. Take a view at weight, categories, order, colors, and size and so forth, so that you get the most of your new findings. Once you are finish, build your confidence so that you can take action and carry forward without cease.

Not too long ago, I took an inventory of my life. I looked at everything I had ever done. Next, I looked at my failures and was honest with myself about how I contributed to my failures. Thanks to this process, I came to the realization that during those times, I had not been playing 100% of my game of life. I began looking at others, as well. I recognized that very few were actually playing 100% in their games. When we do not play 100% in the games, there is a good chance they will not win at anything they desire.

Why don\'t people play 100% in their games? There are so many reasons people hold back. Too many to talk about here in this short article. However, here are two basic thoughts that keep people held back. There are also some simple things people may do which will increase their process of Upgrading Life to a higher level.

To begin, people are afraid and confused. There are many fears human beings hold onto, and they are all based in their heads as fantasies. Fear isn\'t real. Fear is something we create in our minds about the future. The first step to overcoming fear is to recognize what we\'re afraid of, and realize it is simply something we\'re making up. We can be regretful of the past, the present is usually not too scary, but the future can be very scary and is the only place fear resides. Sometimes intelligent people will say \"I am not afraid of anything. I am just stressed out.\" Stress is another intelligent way of saying \"I am afraid.\"

Some people express their fears as anger. Actually, all anger is fear based. It would be a wise idea for a person who gets angry to find what the room cause is. Once the root fear is identified, the person can begin to reason with themselves and create a more stable reality to reduce the fear and diminish the anger.

A different reason people do not play at 100% in their games is because they only focus on their current limitations to achieve their dreams instead of focusing on their desired results. Every person who has achieved greatness in life, in anything, on any level, ignored why something could not be done. Instead, they chose to stay focused on what they wanted. This shows that intelligent people may actually possess a handicap. Also, intelligent people will logically tell you why something can not be done. However, \"winners\" have an advantage of not knowing why something can\'t be done. They only declare what they want. This advantage allows \"winners\" to do the impossible.

What do you see around you? You see all of the impossible things from light bulbs to planes. These were discovered by people who did not concentrate on why something couldn\'t be done. They focused only on what they wanted. As we continue to concentrate only on the results we want and forget the obstacles or limitations, we will win. While other people will say it is impossible, we are achieving the impossible.

Also included in this part of our conversation is lack of money, time or other resources. I encourage you to go for your desired results without paying attention to why something isn\'t possible or your current limitations. By moving forward with disregard of your fears and concentrating on why something can be done, you\'ll succeed beyond your wildest dreams. Welcome to the world of the winners. You\'re about to discover the secret to why some people succeed at life and business while others go through life just wishing for something better. Greater success is much closer than you think. With Kind Regards, Dr. Michael J. Duckett Want to find out more about secret, then visit Dr. Michael J. Duckett\'s site on how to overcome fear and move towards your goals.
